Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Age over 18 years old, no serious diseases of vital organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys have been observed Colonoscopy and pathological diagnosis confirmed rectal cancer 3: For patients evaluated as having unresectable rectal cancer, including those in the advanced stage of the disease or with multiple distant metastases, local rectal tumors are clearly identified 4: The patient has good compliance and is willing to cooperate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: The patient has severe functional abnormalities of vital organs such as the heart and lungs, and has a foundation of hematological diseases; 2: Patients with resectable rectal cancer 3: Pregnant or lactating women 4: The patient has multiple organ tumors at the same time or has severe uncontrolled internal diseases or acute infections 5: The patient fails to understand the purpose of the study or disagrees with the requirements of the study 6: Lacking legal capacity or having limited legal capacity 7: The patient has poor compliance and is uncooperative 8: There is a medical history that may interfere with the test results
