Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with sepsis according to the sepsis-3 criteria: Infection or highly suspected infection; And ?SOFA score >= 2 points; 2.Patients diagnosed with liver injury according to the expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of acute liver injury in adults: Serum total bilirubin or alanine aminotransferase >= 2 upper limits of normal; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4.Informed consent, voluntary participation, and signed informed consent form for the study process and purpose.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic liver disease or acute exacerbation of chronic liver function disorder; 2.Drug-induced liver injury; 3.History of liver transplantation; 4.Diagnosis of sepsis more than 24 hours before enrollment. 5.History of blood transfusion.
