Age
18 Years to 120 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Age > 18 years old B. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III C. Patients scheduled for unilateral thoracoscopic lobectomy or segmentectomy under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Severe lung diseases (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary bullae, severe emphysema, pneumothorax, uncontrolled asthma), severe heart diseases (heart failure, coronary heart disease) B. History of thoracic surgery, history of neuromuscular diseases C. Participation in other clinical trials D. Severe bradycardia E. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction F. Preoperative anemia G. Unable to handle wheezing sounds and rales after anesthesia H. Patients who underwent conversion to thoracotomy
