Control group:Only regular physical education teaching is carried out and no additional intervention training is applied
Multi-dimensional training (MT) group:On the basis of regular physical education teaching, multi-dimensional dynamic and static combined intervention training was carried out for 12 weeks, 3 times a w
Single-dimensional training (ST) group:On the basis of conventional physical education teaching, unidimensional dynamic and static combined intervention training was carried out for 12 weeks, 3 times

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 10-12 years old; 2. The individual and his/her guardian agree to participate and sign the informed consent form. 3. Normal athletic ability and no serious sports injuries recently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive impairment 2. Suffering from chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, or special medical histories such as mental disorders; 3. Those with a low degree of cooperation within the experiment.
