18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18–60 years;ethnic Tibetan (both parents of Tibetan descent);Male;Resident at high altitude for =10 years;Willing to participate in the study as a volunteer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of factors affecting nighttime sleep (e.g., itching, pain, etc.); 2.Patients with psychiatric or neurological disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.); 3.Use of sedatives, antidepressants, anxiolytics, other psychotropic medications, or respiratory depressants (e.g., muscle relaxants) within the past 3 months or currently; 4.Sleep-related movement disorders or comorbid sleep disorders (e.g., insomnia, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome); 5.Comorbid acute heart failure, congestive heart disease, pulmonary edema, obesity hypoventilation syndrome, or neurological disorders affecting respiratory function. 6.The data collection is incomplete.
