60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 60 and 80 years; 2. Post-THA patients discharged home for rehabilitation; 3. Patients proficient in independently using a smartphone; 4. Both the patient and their family members are willing to participate in this clinical study and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent simultaneous bilateral THA; 2. Patients who underwent hip revision or debridement surgery; 3. Patients with comorbidities that may interfere with study outcomes (e.g., myasthenia gravis, severe cardiopulmonary diseases); 4. Presence of cognitive or collaborative impairments preventing adherence to the rehabilitation plan; 5. Patients unable to cooperate in completing outcome assessments related to the study; 6. Patients transferred to a rehabilitation institution postoperatively; 7. Patient and/or family member(s) refused to participate in this clinical trial.
