Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: It is expected that a large amount (>= 3,000 ml) of saline should be flushed during the operation, including PCNL, TURP, TURBT and hysteroscopy. The patient is over 18 years old, with ASA grade I-III, BMI < 30 kg/m2, and the operation time is more than 30 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and lung dysfunction, preoperative pulmonary edema, abnormal coagulation function, allergic history of narcotic drugs, long-term history of taking psychotropic drugs, and patients and their families refused to sign informed consent forms.
