Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Trauma orthopedic patients aged 18 years and older; 2. Patients who have undergone surgery or conservative treatment in the hospital; 3. Patient agrees to participate in the study and signs informed consent; 4. The patient is able to understand and complete the relevant questionnaires during the study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe psychiatric disorders (such as history of schizophrenia, history of previous depression); 2. Patient has acute mental disorder or cognitive impairment during the study period; 3. Patients who have had a major life event recently (within the past 3 months) (such as the death of a loved one, divorce, etc.);
