Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Age > 18 years old B. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I - III C. Patients scheduled for laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer under general anesthesia D. Voluntary signing of informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Preoperative pneumonia B. Diabetic patients C. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases D. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction E. Patients with previous insulin allergy
