Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-75 years old 2. Both men and women 3. Able to sign the informed consent form and cooperate with the completion of the examination The symptoms of fecal incontinence patients, patients with outlet obstruction constipation, and controls are as follows: Fecal incontinence: recurrent uncontrollable solid or liquid stools (persistent > = 6 months, at least 1 per month in the past 3 months); Accompanied by a sense of urgency to defecate or fecal contamination of underwear (change of clothing or pads required) Outlet obstructive constipation: symptoms lasting > = 6 months, following > = 2 in the past 3 months: straining (straining is required to pass soft stools); Feeling of incomplete defecation (unfinished bowel movements after defecation); Manual defecation assistance (eg, finger picking, perineal compression); Pelvic floor muscle pain or blockage during bowel movements Control group: no colorectal organic disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious organic diseases exist: colorectal tumors, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease/ulcerative colitis), radiation enteritis
