Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal and patients with a confirmed diagnosis of NAFLD (based on imaging and laboratory tests); 2. Subject age>=18 years old, able to understand and sign the informed consent form; 3. The clinical examination and laboratory examination data are complete and meet the standard inclusion criteria; 4. Subjects agree to comply with the study regulations, participate in fat tolerance experiments and provide blood samples during the study.
