Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male with >=2 years of resistance training experience; 2. Proficient in both jump squat and hexagonal barbell jump techniques; 3. No history of injuries in the past 6 months and in good health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor compliance; 2. Lost to follow-up due to injury or voluntary withdrawal; 3. Failure to cooperate with the study requirements.
