Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of "Key Points for Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", confirmed as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage by CT or MRI; 2. Age ranging from 30 to 80 years old; 3. First onset, disease course between 2 weeks and 6 months; 4. Unilateral limb dysfunction, Brunnstrom stage III or above; 5. Standing balance >= grade 1; 6. Modified Trunk Impairment Scale (mTIS) initial score > 6 points; 7. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) > 17 points, able to cooperate with rehabilitation assessment; 8. Blood pressure range: systolic blood pressure < 130 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure < 80 mmHg, able to endure at least 40 minutes of exercise training and willing to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs, severe diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and other organs; 2. Pre-existing limb dysfunction before the current stroke; 3. Severe cognitive impairment, severe depression, inability to cooperate with the completion of rehabilitation assessment; 4. Failure to meet the standards of Brunnstrom score, mTIS score and MMSE score; 5. Presence of metal implants, such as pacemakers or cochlear implants; 6. Pregnant women, those with malignant tumors, loss of sensation at the treatment site and those allergic to electric current; 7. Recent participation in similar clinical trials.
