Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the diagnostic criteria in the Chinese Guidelines for the prevention and treatment of Cerebrovascular diseases, based on the clinical characteristics combined with relevant auxiliary examinations, and diagnosed as ischemic stroke by head CT(Computed tomography) or head MRI(Magnetic resonance imaging); 2.Age: 18 to 44 years old; 3.Be conscious and able to cooperate to complete the questionnaire survey; 4.Have a fixed-line telephone or mobile phone communication device and be able to conduct follow-up through relevant channels; 5.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those whose conditions deteriorated after admission, combined with hemorrhagic stroke or preparing for surgery; 2.Unstable coronary syndrome, severe heart failure or other medical conditions; 3.Patients who were referred within less than 48 hours of admission; 4.There is a history of cognitive dysfunction or mental illness in the past.
