Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ischemic and nonischemic patients with primary or secondary indication for an ICD according to the Chinese expert consensus on implantable cardioverter defibrillation therapy (2021)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: life expectancy less than 1 year 2: patients with LQTS, Brugada syndrome et al, in whom major arrhythmia is polymorphic ventricular tachycardia 3: patients inaccessibility for follow-up or those refused to sign informed consent
