Control group:Participants take orally 250ml of enteral nutrition preparation, 10g of whey protein, and 50mg of iron gluconate daily.
Test group:Participants take oral enteral nutrition preparation (250ml), 10g whey protein, 50mg iron gluconate, and 10g jujube extract daily

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hemoglobin concentration= 18 years old and < 65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anemia caused by immune factors and genetic factors, such as aplastic anemia and thalassemia, and anemia caused by toxic substances, physical factors and biological factors will also be excluded in this study; 2.Suffering from serious metabolic diseases (diabetes, obesity, hyperlipidemia, etc.), and/or liver, kidney, blood, urinary system, digestive tract diseases, infection or autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, etc.; 3.Suffering from hematological disorders; 4.Individuals who have placed metal instruments (such as steel plates, steel nails, metal brackets, etc.) in their bodies, as well as those who are unable to perform human body composition analysis due to the presence of pacemakers; 5.Those who do not agree to sign the informed consent form.
