65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with actual age = 65 years old, ASA grades I-III, and scheduled knee and hip replacement surgery; 2. Can communicate normally before surgery, and can cooperate with the completion of various scores; 3. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have already developed malignant tumors before surgery or have an expected lifespan of less than one year; 2. Preoperative comorbidities affecting cognition, such as Alzheimer's disease, senile dementia, etc; 3. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the evaluation questionnaire or sample collection before surgery.
