Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years old; 2.Healthy volunteers living in the plain; 3.The volunteers who is planned to go the plateau area above 2500m in the near future, and expected stay on plateau area >=6 months; 4.Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The history of plateau exposure (altitude > 1500 m) within 30 days; 2. Chronic physical and mental diseases (including generalized anxiety disorder, depression, insomnia, migraine, hypertension, diabetes, chronic heart disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease); 3. Serious dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney, lung and other important organs; 4. Any neurological or mental illness; 5. Combined with malignant tumor or autoimmune disease; 6. Smoking or drinking; 7. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 8. Contraindications to exercise prescription.
