Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for stroke patients: 1.Age between 18 and 75 years old; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke approved by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases; 3. Lesion in one side of the cerebral hemisphere, diagnosed through head CT or MRI examination; 4. Stable vital signs, clear consciousness, MMSE score = 24 points, and able to accept verbal instructions; 5. Brunnstrom stage of the affected side lower limb = IV, muscle tone MAS grade = 1; 6. Voluntary participation in this study and signing the informed consent form. If the subject is unable to read and/or sign the informed consent form due to lack of capacity, the guardian should act on their behalf and sign the informed consent form. If the subject is unable to read the informed consent form (such as illiterate subjects), a witness should witness the informed process and sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for healthy individuals: 1.18 to 75 years old, and willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for stroke patients 1. Those with a history of mental illness, cerebrovascular disease, post-stroke consciousness disorders, aphasia, dementia, intellectual impairment, or previous brain organic diseases and cognitive impairments (MMSE score less than 23); 2. Those with cardiac-induced cerebral infarction or extensive cerebral hemorrhage, transient cerebral ischemia, and reversible stroke; 3. Those with bilateral hemisphere damage, or those who have undergone cranial surgery other than minimally invasive interventional thrombectomy after stroke onset; 4. Those with severe cardiac or pulmonary complications affecting the assessment of rehabilitation, or those with residual limb motor dysfunction due to previous injuries. Exclusion criteria for healthy individuals: Those with previous lower limb nerve or muscle damage and residual functional impairment, and those with a history of vestibular disorders.
