Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Craniocerebral injury is the main pathogenic factor confirmed by cranial CT and/or MRI examination, accompanied by consciousness disorders, and the pathogenic factors are traumatic, ischemic, and hypoxic; 3.The duration of consciousness disorders is >= 28 days; 4.The level of consciousness impairment was assessed as VS or MCS using the CRS-R scale; 5.Stable vital signs; 6.The patient's family voluntarily informed and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with critical illness and unstable vital signs 2.Active cerebral hemorrhage; 3.Patients with intracranial retention of metal objects; 4.Individuals with pacemakers in their bodies; 5.Consciousness disorders caused by other reasons; 6.Previous history of epilepsy or family history of epilepsy; 7.Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other important organ failure; 8.Pregnancy.
