Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathological confirmation: Diagnosed as primary gastric cancer based on histopathological examination; 2.Pre-treatment samples: Samples were collected before any anti-tumor treatment was administered; 3.Data completeness: Complete RNA-Seq data and clinicopathological information are available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concurrent malignancies: History of previous or concurrent malignancies in other systems; 2.Infectious diseases: Active HBV/HCV/HIV infection or recent history of antibiotic use (within 3 months); 3.Incomplete clinical data affecting analysis: Missing or incomplete records of key variables (e.g., age, sex, TNM stage).
