Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 40 years old; 2. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for primary knee osteoarthritis and undergo unilateral TKA for the first time; 3. Clear consciousness, no cognitive impairment, can complete reading independently or with the assistance of others; 4. Able to operate smartphones and WeChat; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of mental illness; 2. Sudden cerebrovascular disease in the past 6 months with sequelae; 3. Those with lower limb physical disability and inability to exercise; 4. Patients with lower limb mobility disorders or previous lower limb venous thrombosis or primary thrombotic diseases; 5. Participate in other intervention programs
