Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.mechanical ventilation for> 48 hours during ICU stay; 2.age> 18 years; 3. basic communication and reading comprehension skills; 4.unconscious behavior disorder before ICU admission; 5. informed consent of the patient or family members for the study; 6.primary writing and language comprehension skills.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. previous history of neurological disease (such as brain trauma, dementia, acute neurological disease); 2.mental illness or history of mental illness prior to admission (such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, PTSD, serious mental illness); 3.consciousness disorders and cognitive abnormalities after transfer to ICU; 4.participating in other research projects.
