0.1 Years to 3 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age < 36 months at the time of acute lower respiratory tract infection; 2. First infection with HV or RSV; 3. Virologic analysis as single RSV infection, single HRV infection, or co-infection with both 4. At the age of 5~8 years old, the follow-up or follow-up data are complete, and whether asthma and recurrent wheezing occur can be determined

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of immunodeficiency; 2. Congenital heart disease; 3. Congenital airway and lung malformations or dysplasia; 4. Combined airway foreign body; 5. Combined with sepsis, tumor or leukemia; 6. History of pulmonary trauma
