Control group:Routine nursing care and rehabilitation measures for gastrointestinal tract
Intervention group:Based on conventional nursing and rehabilitation programs, a pelvic floor rehabilitation training program based on the health action process approach theory is applied.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with rectal cancer via colonoscopy or pathology and who have undergone rectal cancer sphincter-preserving surgery at our hospital (after temporary colostomy closure); 3.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with tumor recurrence, metastasis, or disease progression; 2.Patients with severe comorbidities such as hemorrhoids, anal fistula, anal prolapse, rectal prolapse, ulcerative colitis, etc., prior to surgery; 3.Patients unable to participate in the study due to cognitive impairment or other neurological disorders; 4. Patients who have previously undergone pelvic surgery or perianal surgery.
