Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 60 years old; 2.Patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-native speakers of Chinese; 2.Patients with hearing and speech communication disorders; 3.Patients with severe trauma, coma, or unconsciousness; 4.Patients with vocal cord disorders or nerve injuries resulting in abnormal voice.
