Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.ICU stay >24 hours; 3.CAM-ICU documented;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.CAM-ICU not performed; 2.pre-existing dementia, alcohol withdrawal delirium, or drug-induced delirium; 3.absence of blood glucose data within 24 hours post-ICU admission AND no HbA1c records within preceding 3 months;
