Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Planned total thoracoscopic cardiac surgery, such as thoracoscopic mitral valvuloplasty/replacement, thoracoscopic tricuspid valvuloplasty/replacement, atrioventricular septal defect (ASD), ventricular septal defect (VSD), left atrial thrombosis, myxoma, partial pulmonary venous ectopic drainage, etc.; 3. Those who have good communication skills and agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have had or are currently mentally ill; 2. Patients with other acute or severe organic diseases; 3. Have a disease that cannot tolerate rehabilitation training; 4. Those whose condition is extremely critical and their lives are in danger.
