Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Routine detection of serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels before surgery; (2) Standard multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging before surgery; (3) No clinical treatment of prostate disease was performed before MRI examination; (4) Pathological biopsy was performed within 1 month of MRI examination to confirm the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Cancer, and all have a clear Gleason score.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Large motion artifacts and poor MRI image quality; (2) Combined with the medical history of other tumors.
