Interventions

Patients with comorbidities of anxiety or depression and allergies:Commonly used antiallergy treatments SSRI therapy
Patients with co-occurring anxiety and allergy in the control group:Treatment with SSRIs for 8 weeks
The group of patients with anxiety disorder:Treatment with SSRIs for 8 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Disease Group: 1. Age 18-60 years (inclusive of 18 and 60). Patients diagnosed with anxiety disorders or depression by the diagnostic guidelines (without allergic diseases), diagnosed with DSM-5 generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) or panic disorder, with a Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score of >= 14, and using psychotropic drugs/glucocorticoids for no more than 4 weeks; 2. Patients with both anxiety disorders and depressive disorders and allergic diseases; 3. Priority for inclusion of patients with elevated eosinophil counts; 4. Priority for inclusion of patients with a family history of anxiety disorders and depression. Healthy Control Group: 1. Age 18-60 years (inclusive of 18 and 60). Individuals without special physical examinations and symptoms related to anxiety disorders, depression, and allergies, and without corresponding medical history or family history. GAD-7 score <= 4, total IgE < 100 IU/mL; 2. Stratified sampling: stratified by gender (male: female = 1:1), age (18-30/31-45/46-60 years, each accounting for 1/3), and BMI (normal/overweight/obese) to ensure balance between groups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of blood transfusion, plasma transfusion, immunosuppressive therapy, and desensitization therapy; 2. Complicated with infections, immunodeficiency diseases, multiple myeloma, and other diseases; 3. Severe physical diseases (such as heart, liver, and kidney failure), autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, pregnant/lactating women.
