Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age <6 months; 2.Born before RSV epidemic; 3.Meet the diagnostic criteria of bronchiolitis;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital heart disease; 2. Bronchopulmonary dysplasia; 3. Gastroesophageal reflux; 4. History of wheezing; 5. Congenital or acquired immunodeficiency; 6. Tuberculosis infection; 7. Mixed with other pathogen infection; 8. Ganciclovir treatment during hospitalization;
