Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with complex tissue defects that need flap repair (local flap, skin grafting) due to tumor resection, trauma, infection, and ulcer. (2) Expected survival over 1 year, cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Condication of general anesthesia (ASA grade IV). (2) Active infection or vascular disease exists in the supply area. (3) Combined with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness can not cooperate with the assessment. (4) There are no anastomotic vessels in the affected area (imaging / intraoperative confirmation).
