Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women: 1. primipara, aged >=20 years old (legal age for women to marry); 2. singleton pregnancy, 28 weeks =65; 4. The ability of language expression is normal and can accept this study independently; 5. establish documentation at one of the two health service centers in collaboration with the research team. Spouse: Normal language skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women: 1. receiving unconventional prenatal care or intervention; 2. the indication of caesarean section; 3. pregnancy through assisted reproductive technology; 4. abnormal fetal growth and development; 5. previous or current mental illness; 6. GAD-7 >=10; 7. PHQ-9 >=10 points. Spouse: 1. previous or current mental illness; 2. GAD-7 >=10; 3. PHQ-9 >=10 .
