Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Meet the indications for colonoscopy diagnosis and treatment and undergo colonoscopy for the first time; 3. Be conscious, able to understand Mandarin, and be able to answer questions correctly; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Active bleeding tendency, mental disorders, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. History of gastrointestinal surgery (such as colectomy); 3. Gastric retention, intestinal obstruction, stricture, perforation, or toxic megacolon 4. Inability to take care of oneself or walk; 5. Those who are allergic to the drugs used in colonoscopy (including intestinal cleanser, defoamer, etc.); 6. Currently participating in other research projects
