Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients must have a confirmed diagnosis of upper urinary tract stones (ureteral or renal stones) based on clinical and radiological assessments; 2.they should have undergone ureteroscopic lithotripsy(included rigid and flexible); 3.be aged between 18 and 85 years; 4.possess an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of 1 or 2; 5.and have provided informed consent for participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with upper urinary tract calculi treated with conservative therapy, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), or percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL); 2. Patients allergic to tetracaine, oxybuprocaine, or related local anesthetics; 3. Pregnant or lactating women, and patients with severe mental or cognitive disorders; 4. Patients with an ASA anesthesia classification of 3 to 6.
