Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients requiring craniotomy; (2) Estimated intravenous treatment cycle of 1~4 weeks; (3) intermittent or short-term infusion of hyperosmolality drugs; (4) Be 18 years of age or older
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of venous thrombosis; (2) Patients with axillary lymph node and lymph node edema after breast surgery; (3) Decreased venous blood flow in the extremities (such as paralysis, lymphedema, orthopedics, etc.); (4) bacteremia or sepsis infection; (5) Refusal by the patient or family member
