Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nursing undergraduate or junior college interns during orthopedic internship in the Third People 's Hospital of Chengdu ; the internship time is not less than 2 weeks, and can fully participate in the course ; aged 18 and above, with full capacity for civil conduct ; to voluntarily participate in this study and sign a written informed consent ; can understand the content of the questionnaire, with basic Chinese reading and expression ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are receiving psychological treatment or taking drugs that affect their emotional state ; premenstrual simplified psychological screening preliminarily judged those with anxiety / depression tendency ; there are significant personal changes ( such as the death of relatives ) and significant recent emotional fluctuations ; those who were unwilling to participate in the later follow-up or could not cooperate with the completion of the evaluation questionnaire.
