Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnostic criteria of stroke are consistent with the diagnosis of stroke in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Disease, which is confirmed by cranial MRI or CT; 2.Age over 18 years old, conscious and cooperative; 1 to 12 months after onset, has participated in or is participating in rehabilitation training; 3.Patients or their families can contact and record with mobile phones or wechat; 4.TSK motor fear score was greater than or equal to 38;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Impaired consciousness, unable to communicate and cooperate with treatment; 2.Existing organic brain disease and other serious physical diseases; 3.Participated in other similar studies; 4.Refuse to participate in this study.
