18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with periodontitis (generalized/localized, Stage I–IV, Grade A/B/C) , who have completed initial periodontal therapy 6–8 weeks prior; 2.Oral Hygiene Status: Full-mouth plaque index (FMPS) =5 mm and a 2- to 3-wall intrabony defect >=3 mm confirmed by cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT); 4.Mobility <= degree 1 or immobilized with no mobility after splinting; 5.Exclusion of teeth with furcation involvement; 6.For teeth with combined periodontal-endodontic lesions; 7. Age range 18-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Current smokers or individuals with regular smoking history within the past 12 months; 2.Use of medications known to interfere with platelet function within the past 3 months or antibiotics within 1 month prior to treatment; 3.Hematologic disorders (e.g., leukemia, malignant lymphoma); 4.conditions contraindicated for periodontal surgery (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, hypertension, coagulation disorders, autoimmune diseases); 5.Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals; 6.Allergies: Hypersensitivity to regenerative biomaterials (CGF membrane/sticky bone block composites) or postoperative antibiotics;
