Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Overweight or obese (BMI>=24kg/m^2); BMI = weight (kg) ÷ height (m) squared; 2. Central obesity: waist circumference >=90cm for men and >=85cm for women; 3. Dyslipidemia: total cholesterol (TC) > = 5.7mmol/L or LDL-C >3.3mmol/L or high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) = 18% for men and > = 28% for women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, coronary heart disease, etc.; 2. For patients with high blood pressure, systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=110mmHg; 3. Lung diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma and pulmonary insufficiency; 4. Metabolic diseases, such as diabetes, thyroid abnormalities, etc.; 5. Bleeding diseases, such as leukemia, hemophilia, thrombocytopenic purpura, etc.; 6. Women during pregnancy, childbirth and lactation; 7. Those who are recovering from surgery; 8. Patients with liver and kidney insufficiency; 9. Patients with other diseases that are not suitable for strenuous exercise, such as sports injuries, joint injuries, osteoporosis, etc. in the past six months; 10. Other medically considered unsuitable for diet control and exercise weight loss.
