Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient meets the relevant diagnostic criteria for T2DM (Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (2020 edition)); 2.The patient was confirmed by oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT). 3.All subjects included in this study had high compliance and could cooperate with the completion of various index tests;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Not the first occurrence; 2.Type I diabetes, gestational diabetes, special types of diabetes; 3.Combined with diabetic retinopathy; 4.Randomized UACR >= 30 mg/g; 5.Co-ordinating acute infectious disease; 6.Combined with malignant tumors, Alzheimer's disease, neuronal cere-like lipofuscinosis and other diseases; 7.Those who cannot tolerate MRI examination;
