Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children under the age of 14 with hydrothermal scalds with an estimated scald area greater than 5%. 2. Scald wound treatment within 24 hours to 48 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with scald wounds and co-infection or co-infection during treatment should be discharged. 2. Children with severe life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, tumors, blood diseases, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, dermatomyositis, scleroderma, thyroiditis, etc., and chronic severe infection. 3. Those who have received other treatments. 4. Those who cannot adhere to the treatment, those who have serious adverse reactions, and have not completed the observation course specified in the study.
