Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Parents accompanying the children's health clinic; 2.Parents accompanying the vaccination clinic; 3.Adult vaccine recipients; 4.Those who can understand and fill in the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Parents and recipients with serious language disabilities or cognitive disabilities; 2.Those who tend to be violent.
