ACE intervention group:The ACE intervention was implemented through two complementary modalities : an online self-study course, Mental Health 101 (MH101), which covered key topics such as mental heal
and a 5-day experiential group training.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria consisted of participants being at least 18 years old, enrolled university students at Shandong Youth University of Political Science, and having no history of mental illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria consisted of students under 18 years old, not being enrolled at Shandong Youth University of Political Science, having a history of mental illness.
