Obesity and Mental Health Disorders (depression, anxiety, stress)

Interventions

Exergame group:Play Nintendo Ring Fit exergames in a separate room under the guidance of a investigator.
Traditional exercise group:Complete a series of exercises similar to the Nintendo group under the guidance of researchers, and these exercise sessions will be completed in a vacant dance studio.
Control group:Will not be required to exercise, only to maintain their daily activities.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have ages of 18-24. 2. Have BMI >= 24 kg/m^2. 3. Have not played exergames before. 4. Have no regular physical exercise experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The participants will be excluded if they have diagnosed with: 1. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. 2. Diabetes. 3. Serious joint injuries. 4. Serious respiratory diseases. 5.Mental problem or mental illness.
