60 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. CHF patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2024 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure[1]; 3. New York College of Cardiology (NYHA) cardiac function grade II.~III.; 4. meet the criteria for cognitive impairment in the 2013 International Consensus Group: (1) the patient or his/her caregiver reports of cognitive decline; (2) FRAIL Frailty Scale score >=1 point; (3) The Montreal Scale (MoCA) score < 26 points, and the total score will be increased by 1 point if the patient's education level <= 12 years; (4) No clinical diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia. 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exercise contraindications such as acute myocardial infarction, malignant arrhythmia, and early stage of acute coronary syndrome; 2. Serious physical diseases such as fractures, hemiplegia or significant limitation of limb movement or heart transplantation; 3. suffer from a serious mental illness; 4. Participation in other interventional studies.
