Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnose mixed hemorrhoids; 2. Complete the treatment of external stripping and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids in this hospital; 3. The classification degree range of mixed hemorrhoids is grade 3 to grade 4; 4. The age ranges from 18 to 80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are organic diseases of the intestine or inflammatory bowel diseases before the operation; 2. Dysfunction of important organs; 3. There is a malignant tumor; 4. There are diseases of the blood or immune system; 5. Females who are pregnant, breastfeeding or in the menstrual period.
