Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the GOLD grades I.-IV. of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2023 Revised Edition) for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coronary heart disease who have received enhanced external counterpulsation therapy for a long time; 2. various types of bleeding disorders may be or have existed; 3. After examination, there are infectious diseases, active thrombosis and active phlebitis and other diseases in both lower limbs; 4. Congenital heart disease, severe valvular heart disease, coronary artery recurrent, aortic or coronary artery aneurysm, arterial dissection, pulmonary embolism, severe pulmonary hypertension, etc.; 5. Patients with severe or frequent arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation, frequent atrial or ventricular premature contractions, etc., or rapid ventricular rate (heart rate>90 beats/min); 6. Severe or acute heart failure (NYHA grade IV), or LVEF value 170 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg); 8. Pregnant women; 9. Others: malignant tumors, acute severe infectious diseases, severe autoimmune diseases, severe organic diseases, etc.
