Interventions

Control group:Receive routine health education, distribute sleep hygiene manuals, provide guidance on ways to improve sleep, and follow up by phone once a month.
Intervention group:Apply dynamic sleep diary

45 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, aged 45-55; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for perimenopause; 3. Total PSQI score >= 7 points; 4. Complaints of insomnia for >=3 months (sleep latency >30 minutes or >=2 nocturnal awakenings); 5. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form and commit to completing the entire study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious cardiovascular diseases, malignant tumours, bone and joint diseases; 2. Mental and Nervous Diseases; 3. Prolonged use of sedative-hypnotic drugs; 4. History of shift work or travelling across time zones within 1 month; 5. Communication barriers (e.g., hearing impairment, illiteracy) preventing cooperation with the study.
