Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 >= 60 years old, good health; 2 Normal performance of other cognitive functions and normal ability of daily living (ADL scale score < 26); 3 According to the AHA/ACSM health/Physical fitness Institute pre-exercise screening questionnaire, there were no contraindications to exercise, no regular physical exercise, and they could complete a certain degree of walking activity under exercise monitoring; 4 No alcohol and excessive smoking and other bad habits, no major organic diseases; 5 Normal binocular vision or corrected vision, conscious, able to communicate, able to understand the requirements of the experimental personnel; 7 Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Severe cardiovascular disease; 2 Severe myopathy, lumbar spine dysfunction or injury, there are various diseases that are not suitable for standing for a long time, serious osteoporosis, etc.; 3 Have experienced invasive treatments in the past 6 weeks, or have these treatment plans for the next 10 weeks; 4 Severe cognitive impairment, mental illness or other neurodegenerative disease; 5 Long-term or recent use of psychotropic drugs, drugs that affect physical activity, choline inhibitors and other drugs.
